How do I update my availability for prospective new patients/clients?

You can update your availability for your prospective new patients/clients to know when you're accepting requests. See below for a step-by-step guide or watch a webinar about optimizing your intake process here: 


1. Go to Referrals>Availability.

2. Click "Yes" or "No" under "Are you currently accepting new patients/clients?"  

Illustrated here is "No" - that is, if you wish your public profile to state that you are not accepting new patients/clients, click the button next to "No," then click "Save"

3. If you'd like your profile to display any additional info right below your availability, type in the additional information.

4. Click "Save".

5. Even if there are no changes to your availability, we recommend clicking "Confirm" once weekly so the timestamp on your profile is updated - this helps prospective patients/clients trust your listing more.
