How do I view/add/edit/delete billing transactions?

Viewing billing transactions

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View billing'' from the ''Go to...'' dropdown. 

Or...

1. Go to the "Billing" section within a chart. In the "All Transactions" tab you can see all the billing transactions added for that patient. 


Adding billing transactions

1. From a chart's "Billing>All Transactions" section, click on "Add transaction."

2. Select an entry type from the drop-down.3. Select a Procedure Code.4. Add a modifier, if applicable. 

Note: If you select modifier code while creating a Billing transaction and later try to submit this transaction for a claim, this modifier code will be pre-selected by default in the claim submission.

5. Enter the amount. 

6. Click on ''Add Transaction.'' 

7. You will see a success banner that the transaction was added.


Editing a billing transaction

1. Click on the drop-down next to the transaction you want to edit. 2. Select "Edit." 

3. Edit the transaction details.

4. Scroll down to click on "Update."


Deleting a billing transaction

1. Click on the drop-down next to the transaction you want to delete.

2. Select "Delete."

3. Click on "Yes, proceed" to delete the billing transaction.
