How do I view/add/edit/delete billing transactions?

1. On the left navigation, click on "Charts"  and pick which patient/client's chart you wish to see.

2. Once you're in the patient/client's chart, click on "Billing" in the top menu. Then, click on "All Transactions" in the drop-down menu.

To add a billing transaction:

1. Click "Add transaction" under "I want to.." dropdown.

To edit a billing transaction: 

1. Click on "Edit" (in the dropdown to the right of the transaction you want to change).

2. After you click "Add transaction", this is what you'll see:

3. After you click "Edit", this is what you'll see:

If adding or editing a billing transaction, select from the codes you have created.  (If you haven't done this already,  learn how to do this here.)


To delete a billing transaction: 

1. Click on the "Delete"(in the dropdown to the right of the transaction you want to delete).

2. After you click delete, now select the "Yes, Delete".
