How can I enable/disable the possibility of providing a "reason for decline" when declining referral requests for my group practice?

Here's how you can enable/disable the possibility of providing a "reason for decline" when declining referral requests for my group practice in Luminello. 

1. From the "Owner" dashboard, click on "Practice."

2. Go to the "Settings" section.  

3. Scroll down to "Declined referral requests" and mark the appropriate radio button.
