How do I edit the permissions for the patient/client portal?
You can control what areas of the portal account your patient/client can access. Read on to learn more.
1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View profile'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown.
1. Go to the "Profile" section of a chart. You will be directed to the "Demographic Info" tab as a default.
2. Scroll down to the "Portal Permissions" area. You can enable/disable any permission by checking/unchecking the corresponding box (es). The patient/client will only be able to see those areas they have been given access.
3. Scroll down to click "Save" to save your changes.
