Is there a way to completely delete a message from the system?

There is no way to completely delete a message. Archiving is a less permanent way to remove messages from your inbox. Read on to find out how to archive a message.

Note: If you have erroneously sent a message to the wrong patient/client, please contact us immediately.

From within the message:

1. After opening a message, click on the "Archive" button as shown below.

From the ''Messages'' section:

1. From the main dashboard, click on ''Messages.''

2.  Click on the checkbox corresponding to the message you'd like to archive.3. Click on the "Settings" icon, and choose "Send to Archive."
