Why can't I receive ERAs in ApexEDI?

If you are unable to receive ERA's in ApexEDI, a likely reason is that you are not enrolled for that particular company. 

Please note, even if you had submitted a request to be enrolled with a company, if you are out of network, the application will be rejected.

Please note: "ApexEDI can only do ERA enrollment for payers that clinicians are in-network with. When the clinician is in-network with any payer they can let ApexEDI know and they can do the ERA enrollment at that time. Until then, the clinician will not be able to receive ERA's for companies that aren't enrolled on the ApexEDI website."
