Does Luminello check eligibility for pre-auths?

Clinicians can check their eligibility for pre-auths with our insurance billing and claims partner; ApexEDI. In addition to this, you can see deductibles when you check for pre-auth eligibility. Also, when a claim has been processed, you'll be able to see the amount that was not paid in Luminello - this includes the deductible and any other denial reason. The exact amount can be seen on the EOB.
