How can I add vitals into an Intake or SOAP note?

Premium users are now able to add vitals directly into an Intake or SOAP note! Here's how:

1. Below the "Objective" text box, click on "Enter Vitals."

2. Enter the vitals into the text box.

3. You can add a secondary reading by clicking on "+Add another."

4. You can remove the second entry by clicking on the "x".

5. Once you sign the note, it will appear under the Objective section (as shown below).
