How can I track my claims that I have submitted to insurance?
The claim tracker page is read-only. No data has been added or taken away from the billing history. It is merely a different visual representation of the same data in Charts>Billing>All Transactions. Below you will find the steps on how to access this page.
Please note: payments that have been made by patients will not show up on the claim tracker page.
1. Go to "Charts".
2. Enter the patient's/client's name.
3. Click on "Claim tracker" under the "Billing" tab.
4. You will see the details of your submitted claims. You can check on the status of the claim under the "Status" column and the balance details under the "Amount" column.
