How can I track my claims that I have submitted to insurance?

The claim tracker page is read-only. No data has been added or taken away from the billing history. It is merely a different visual representation of the same data in Charts>Billing>All Transactions. To see all claims for an individual patient/client, you can access the chart. You can see all claims at a glance, from the ''Financial'' section. 

Below you will find the steps on how to access the claim tracker through both sections:

Please note: Payments that have been made by patients will not show up on the claim tracker page.

On individual patients' charts:

1. Go into a patient's chart through the ''Shortcuts'' menu on the home page by selecting ''View Billing'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown menu, as shown below: 

2. Click on "Claim tracker" under the "Billing" tab.

3. You will see the details of your submitted claims. You can check on the status of the claim under the "Status" column and the balance details under the "Amount" column.


For all patients at once:

1. From the main dashboard, click on ''Financial''. 

2. Click on ''Insurance Information''. 

3. All submitted claims will be displayed on your screen. You can check on the status of the claim under the "Status" column and the balance details under the "Amount" column. 

Note: In Luminello, the ''Submitted'' status indicates that the claim has not been paid. Once the claim has been paid, the status will change to ''Paid''.

Note: Click on the ''Filter List'' dropdown to adjust the date range as well as to choose what type of claims to display. 

4. You can search for an individual patient by entering the patient's name in the search bar.
