Multi-columns are overlapping each other and distorting the rendering of my form. What can I do?

If your form looks like this:

It means you have used multiple columns in a single row with the ''Matrix Multiple Choice'' item. Since forms are generated dynamically, and each question is rendered individually based on the number of columns and type of questions, it distorts the rendering of the form.

Using only one or two columns in a single row with the ''Matrix Multiple Choice'' item will resolve this issue.
