How can I save a note and link it to a specific date?
Clinicians can sometimes compose a note at a different time/date from when the session with a patient/client occurred. In these scenarios, the note can be linked to a specific entry in your Calendar. Here's how.
1. From the "Compose Note" section, select the date in the ''Link to an appointment'' field. This will link your note and billing for the session to a specific entry from your Calendar.
2. If you want to display a different date in the chart, you can select it on the ''Date to display in chart'' field.
Note: Appointments cannot be linked to any note or billing transaction after 60 days of the appointment date.
