How can I use snippets in my custom templates?

You can add free-text fields to your custom templates to use snippets. Here's how.

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Practice." 

2. Go to the "Practice" drop-down to select the template you want to edit from "My Luminello Forms," or create one from scratch using the "My Form Builder." 

3. Once you're in the template you want to edit, add a "Free text" question to the form builder area.

4. Click "Edit" to modify the question. 

5. After making changes to your free text question, click "Save Form." 

6. Go to the "Compose Note" section for a chart, and select your custom template from the "Select new" drop-down. 

7. You can use your snippets in your custom templates as you would with any other note.
