How can I ensure a patient/client cannot cancel an appointment after a specific cut-off time?

Premium subscribers can designate a cut-off time for patient/clients to self-cancel appointments.

1. On the left navigation bar, click on the "Calendar" tab.

2. Click on "Online Booking".

3. Select the option "On if at least this much time before".

4. Choose the time frame from the dropdown menu. 

For example, if you select 24 hours, then if it is 10 hours before the appointment, the patient/client will not be able to automatically cancel. 

5. Click "Save".
