How do I archive or unarchive a chart?

If you are not treating a patient/client any longer, Luminello provides the ability to archive the chart. Historical info will be available for the patient/client, but no other actions (sending a message, booking an appointment, etc.) will be allowed. Additionally, you can unarchive a chart after it has been archived if needed. The steps below will take you through both processes.

Archiving a chart

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Charts." 2. On your "Roster" section, check the box next to the chart you want to archive and click on the "I want to..." drop-down.

3. Choose "Archive Chart" from the drop-down.

4. A notification will inform you that the chart's data will be removed once archived. Click on the "Yes, Archive" button to proceed.

5. You will see a success banner. The chart will be removed from your roster section.

Unarchiving a chart

1. Go to "Archived" from your "File Cabinet" section.

2. Click "Unarchive" next to the chart you want to unarchive.

3. A notification will pop up to confirm that the chart's data will be restored. Click on the "Yes, Unarchive" button to proceed.

4. You will see a success banner.

5. You can now locate and access the chart from the "Roster" section.
