How does the suggestive search function work?
Clinicians and Assistants may have noticed that the patient/client roster does not auto-populate now. We have implemented a suggestive search function to speed up the platform in a few areas. In order to view the patient/client name, you will need to start typing the first two letters of the patient/client name or the first two numbers of the chart ID.
This has been implemented in all areas throughout the platform. Below, you can view a few examples:
1. Home>Shortcuts>Charts>Pick a patient/client.
2. Header>Shortcuts>Pick a patient/client.
3. Messages>Compose new>Pick a patient/client.
4. Messages>Inbox>Forward.
5. Charts>File Cabinet>Roster>Select a patient/client.
6. Calendar>Create Event>Who.
