How does Luminello treat demographic info when one person is associated with more than one chart?

A parent of a patient/client may also be a patient/client themselves, or they may be the parent of multiple children. In any case, that individual's demographic info must be consistent between/among all charts, and any time this information is updated in one chart, Luminello will offer to automatically update it in all charts in that clinician's practice - this is a requirement to maintain data integrity.
