How does the built-in code scrubber work?

Luminello automatically "scrubs" any text or graphics you have copied and pasted from a 3rd party program, such as from Word, Evernote, Google Docs, Mac Pages, Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs, etc., to remove the "hidden code" that is virtually always present in that material and that can interfere with Luminello formatting and/or functioning after you sign a note or send a message.

If you would like us to turn this feature off for you, we can do that, but then anything you copy and paste in the future is at risk for a broken appearance, and we are unable to fix that due to the scrubber being off; you will need to be sure to follow the steps here and even then, since Luminello has no control over what code is being inserted by a 3rd party, we cannot guarantee this will work.

Thus, we highly recommend you keep the scrubber on by default.
