How to use one ApexEDI account for multiple Luminello accounts?

There are various way to set up an ApexEDI account for all the clinicians under one main account. This is beneficial if you have centralized billing or a biller that does the claims for all of the clinicians in your group. Alternately, if they bill at separate locations, have different billers for, or want to keep all the billing separate, the best route would be an individual account for each.

Please contact us if you wish to add a clinician to your existing ApexEDI account and we will provide a form that needs to be filled out, signed and sent to [email protected] or through fax to 801-642-0333.

To create a separate account for each clinician, please reach out to ApexEDI's sales department for assistance in setting up a new account.
