How do I add critical info to the chart?

Here's how you can add any vital piece of information, like your patient's/client's preferred nickname, or any other important information.

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View profile info'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown.

1. Go to the "Profile" section within a chart, and toggle to the "Demographic Info" tab.

2. Scroll down to the "Critical Info" and enter the critical information you want.

3. Click on "Save."

4. The "Critical info" will display at the top.
