How can I report missing ERAs?

In cases where your patient/client claim information has not been updated after being processed by the insurance company, you can submit a request to ApexEDI to search for these missing ERAs through the OneTouch platform. Here's how. 

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Financial."

2. Toggle to the "Settings" tab from the "Insurance Information" section, and click on "Go to my insurance portal."

3. Once you log into the ApexEDI portal, go to the ''Electronic EOBs'' tab.

4. Click on ''Missing ERA'' under the ''Quick Links'' section.

5. Fill out the ''Missing ERA/EOB'' submission form.

You will need to enter the following information to process the request:

  • Payer Name:
  • EFT or Check Number:
  • EFT or Check Amount:
  • EFT or Check date
