How do I add allergy info?
Here's how to add your patient's allergies in DrFirst.
1. Go to a chart's "Rx" section, and toggle to "Send E-rx."
2. Click on DrFirst's "Menu" button, and choose "Allergies."
3. Click on the "+" sign to add new allergy information for the patient/client.
4. Under "Allergen," start typing the name of the allergen and choose it from a pick list. 5. Under "Reaction," start typing in the name of the reaction and choose it from a pick list.
6. Under "Severity," start typing in the name of the severity and choose it from a pick list.
7. Click "Save."
8. The allergy will be saved.
