What happens if I lose my phone?

DrFirst will be sending all users a hard token to use along with the soft token. So if you lose/change your phone, you'll be able to easily set up your new phone using the hard token and vice versa. However, if you lose both, you will need to go through the IDP process again and pay the $79 (+ tax where applicable) charge to initiate another IDP trial. There are no exceptions to this fee as it originates from DrFirst.
