I get an error when I try to print an e-lab report, how can I solve this?

When trying to print a report, you may encounter an error saying ''Report(s) queued for printing'', as shown below: 

To successfully print a report if you run into this error, follow these steps:

1. Double-click on the report.

2. After double-clicking on it, it will be visible on your screen.

    3. Click on "Print".

3. Proceed as you would with any other file.
