How is a three-way video session started?

Both the patient/client and the invitee will be able to access through the link provided in the patient/client portal, provided that the invitee has already been added as a family member on the patient's/client's chart and a portal account created.

1. A link to your waiting room is provided to the patient/client in this section which will allow them to check in. Here's how it looks on their side:

2. The invitee will be able to access the link to the online waiting room by navigating to the patient's/client's portal through the toggle on the top part of the screen:

3. After checking in, the patient/client and the invitee's names will be displayed on your waiting room's list, as shown below. Make sure to click on the patient's/client's name to start the session.
