How do I adjust my invoice settings?

Read on to learn how to adjust your invoice settings:

Practice

1. Click on ''Practice'' and select ''Settings.''

2. On the ''Billing statement/invoice creation'' section, click on the checkbox for the setting that you'd like to enable.

3. On the ''Invoices'' section, click on the checkbox for the setting that you'd like to enable. 

4. Changes will be saved automatically.


Financial

1. Click on "Financial" and select "Settings."

2. Scroll down to the ''Invoices'' section and click on the checkbox(es) for the setting(s) that you'd like to enable. You can enable auto-invoicing as a default from this section by checking the "Automatically generate invoices when signing a note" box.

3. Scroll down and click on ''Submit.''


Individual Charts

1. Once inside a patient's chart, go to "Billing" and click "Settings."  

2. Scroll down to the "Invoices" section and click on the checkbox next to the setting that you'd like to turn on. To enable auto-invoicing as a default for specific charts, check the "Automatically generate invoices when signing a note" box. Your changes are saved automatically.
