How can I adjust the total balance displayed in the ''Accounts Receivables'' section?

Premium clinicians can opt to see the total amount due across all invoices instead of all transactions on the ''Accounts Receivables'' section, both on individual charts and practice-wide, with just a few steps. Read on to learn how.

To adjust this practice-wide:

1. From the main dashboard, click on ''Financial''. 2. On the ''Account Receivables'' tab, we can see the total balance due across all transactions for each patient/client. 3. To change this, click on ''Settings''.4. Scroll down to the ''Invoices'' section and click on the checkbox next to ''Financial>Accounts Receivables: show the balance due from invoices.'' Note: Your settings are saved automatically. 5. Now on the ''Accounts Receivables'' section, we can see the invoiced total due across all created invoices. 

To adjust it on an individual chart:

1. Go into a patient's chart through the ''Shortcuts'' menu on the home page by selecting ''View billing'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown menu, as shown below:  2. Click on ''Settings''.3. Scroll down to the ''Invoices'' section and check the box next to ''Financial>Accounts Receivables: show the balance due from invoices.''  Note: Your settings are saved automatically. 4.
