How do I create an invoice that includes all previous charges and the current balance due to a patient/client?

Here's how to create an invoice that includes all previous charges and the current balance due for any of your patients/clients.

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View billing'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown. 

Or...

1. Go to the "Billing" section of a chart, and toggle to "All Transactions." 

2. Click on the "Filter List" drop-down to apply any filter you want. Click on "Apply" to save your filter. 

3. Click on the checkbox at the top to select all transactions, and go to the "I want to..." drop-down. 

4. Go to "Invoice" and select "Create new."

5. On the ''Invoice Preview'' screen, you can see all previous charges and the total balance due for the patient/client.
