How do I clear the e-lab notification counter?

This notification is generated after you have been notified of a new lab report available for download. However, due to Change Healthcare's platform's limitations, viewing the lab report will not affect the notification counter.

Here's the most efficient way to handle this:

1. You will receive an external email notification to inform you a new e-lab result is available. Click on the link provided in the email, and you will be directed to the unread e-lab results section.

2. On the Luminello message notification for a new e-lab result available, click on "View them now."

3. You will be automatically taken to the unread e-lab results section. By clicking on "Enter into charts/reset counter," you will have two options.

Download available results & reset counter: This option will download the available results and reset your e-labs counter.
Reset the Counter: This will reset your e-labs counter. Please note, the results cannot be downloaded later after you click on this option.
