Can I auto-charge a patient/client 24 hours prior to an appointment?
Using the auto-pay feature, you can automatically charge a patient/client 24 hours before an appointment if they have a saved credit card in their chart. Before enabling auto-pay, it's a good idea to communicate clearly with your patients/clients about your payment policies and procedures. You may want to obtain their consent to auto-pay and ensure that they are aware of any cancellation or refund policies.
