How do I choose who gets notified when an intake request is received?
You can choose for your administrative assistants to be notified when an intake request is received.
Note: The ''Requests'' permission under ''Referrals'' in the ''Assistant Permissions'' section needs to be enabled. To learn how to edit these permissions on your administrative assistant's accounts, please click here.
- From your main dashboard, click on "Referrals."
- Go to the "Pre-Screen" section, and toggle to "Settings."
- Under the ''Who would you like to be notified of new requests?'' section, select the administrative assistant(s) who should be notified when a new intake request is received, and click on "Submit."
- Once a new request is received, your assistant will receive a message similar to this one:
- To prevent notifications from going out when a new intake request is received, click on the ''x'' icon next to the administrative assistant's name.
