How do I disable an administrative assistant's account?

Here's how to disable an administrative assistant's account: 

Note: Doing this will revoke the assistant's access to their account and prevent patients from messaging the assistant.

1. On the left navigation menu of your Luminello dashboard, click on ''Account.''

2. Go to the "Users" tab.

3. Scroll down to see your assistants. Click on "Modify Status" next to the assistant you would like to remove.

4. A menu will appear, where you can change your administrative assistant's status to "Inactive."  

5. A pop-up will appear. Click on "Yes, deactivate."

7. Lastly, to save your changes, click on "Save."

6. A success notification will appear on your screen.
