How can I use my patient's address for family members that are invited to the chart?

When creating a new chart, it is possible to configure it so that the address that is entered on the patient's chart is populated automatically. Read on to learn how to set this up:

1. When creating a chart, click on the checkbox labeled, ''Populate address when the first linked family member's address is entered.''.

  • On an existing chart, click on ''Profile'' and then scroll down to find the checkbox labeled, ''Populate address when the first linked family member's address is entered.''


2. When a family member is invited to the chart, the address will be populated automatically. Note: If the family member changes the address at a later time, the address in the patient's chart will not be changed as a result.
