When is my monthly notes counter refreshed?

The note counters for the Essentials plan (10 notes/month) and the e-Rx or Therapist Lite plans (20 signed notes/month) will be refreshed every 30 days from the date of sign-up, ensuring consistent note availability for each billing cycle.
