How do I export a chart?

Read on to learn how to export a chart's notes, medication list, financial records, and demographic information.

Notes

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View profile'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown. 

2. Click on the ''I want to...'' dropdown, go to ''Export,'' and choose ''All to PDF.''

3. The patient's official notes will download in PDF format or open in a new tab, where you can download or print it.


Medication List

1. Go to the ''Rx'' section within a chart, and toggle to the "Rx history" tab.

2. Click "Export to PDF." 

3. Your patient's/client's medication history will download in PDF format or open a new tab where you can print or download it.


Financial Records

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Financial."  2. Toggle to the "All Transactions" section, and click on the ''Filter List'' dropdown.

3. Select the date range and branches, and click "Apply." 

4. Click on the ''I want to...'' dropdown, go to "Export," and choose the export type and format you want to generate. The financial records will download in the format you selected, or open a new tab where you can download and print it. 


Demographic Information

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View profile info'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown. 

2. Toggle to the "Print Info" tab.

3. Under "Clinical Practice Info," you can select your location, tax ID, and NPI information that will show up in the export file. 

4. Under the "Patient/Client Demographic Info," you can check the boxes next to the information you want to be included in the export file. 

5. Scroll down to click on "Print."
