Emergency Preparedness for Clinician Accounts

The following steps will help you in the event that you become disabled or pass away so that your patients can be notified securely through Luminello:  

1. Invite a trusted colleague or another trusted individual as an administrative assistant in Luminello with the permission to access your roster and send messages to your patients. Learn how to invite an administrative assistant to your account here.

2. Give instructions to use the account to message your patients in the event that you become disabled or pass away. 

3. Instruct your trusted individual to request access to your account as explained here.
