How can I see which claims have been denied in the ApexEDI OneTouch portal?

Yes, it is possible to see which claims have been denied on the ApexEDI, OneTouch portal. Read on to learn how: 

1. Log into your OneTouch portal, here.

2. Click on the ''Claim Status'' tab. Note: Please see this article to learn how to start on this page at log in moving forward. 

3. Search by submission or service date. 

4. Enter the patient's first and/or last name and click on the ''Advanced Search'' button. 

6. Click on the ''Denied'' checkbox and then on ''Search''. Note: The most recent claims that have been submitted will show by default at the bottom part of the page.
