What if I want to join a group, but I'm set up as a solo practice on DrFirst?

The PDMP setup fee is charged per practice. In other words, if clinician A and clinician B belong to the same DrFirst practice, they share the setup fee. But if they are clinicians in different practices, they each pay a separate setup fee.

Clinicians must pay PDMP's annual fee, separate from the setup fee and whether or not they're part of the same DrFirst practice.

The Rx history and active med list are available for each group under the same DrFirst practice. For example, clinicians A and B are under the same DrFirst practice. If clinician B prescribes a new or sends an active medication, clinician A could see this in DrFirst, since both clinicians are working under the same practice.

But what if they work in a different practice? In this setup, if clinicians A and B want to collaborate on managing a patient's care, each will need to request information about that patient from the other clinician.
