How do I view score changes over time?

Tracking the changes in rating scales over time will help with progress discussions, reinforce patient changes, and support shared decision-making about treatment adjustments. Read on to learn more. 

1. To review the changes in the rating scales, go to your patient's chart entries and click "Show graph" on the last rating scale sent to the patient. 

2. The graph will show the progress based on previous results.
