Tell me more about what's different in the new form builder

We have changed the new form builder to improve speed, user experience, and functionality. Our new-and-improved version makes it easier for you to create good-looking, effective forms. Read on to learn more. 

Deleting pages

You can delete any additional page in the new form builder if you accidentally added a page or just changed your mind.

1. Hover your mouse over the "Settings" icon next to the page you want to remove. 

2.  Click the "X" icon to remove the page.

Rearranging "Choices" 

1. You can easily rearrange the order of your choices by dragging and dropping them anywhere within the "Choices" section.

Or...

1. If applicable, you can select other orders for your choices from the "Select choices order" drop-down. 

"Fast Entry" option 

1. The "Fast Entry" tab was added to allow you to paste choices from other places into the question "Choices" section. If you paste new choices in "Fast Entry," it will replace the text you previously had under "Form Entry." 

Duplicating "Choices"  

1. You can duplicate choices from other questions by selecting the question you want to replicate the choices from in the "Duplicate choices from another question" drop-down. 

2. To undo this, go back to the "Choices" section of the question and click "Select question..." from the "Duplicate choices from another question" drop-down. 

"Layout" section

1. You have more control over the questions' layout by going to the "Layout" section within each question. 

2. Under "Visibility," you can display a question "collapsed" or "expanded."

3. Under "Title location," you can choose where you want your question title to show. 

4. Under "Description location," you could choose where you want the question description to show, if applicable.

5. Other "layout" settings you can adjust are: "Indent," "Width," "Min width," "Max width," and "Column count." 

6. Once you're done applying your changes, click "OK" to apply the changes and go back to the form builder. 

7. Click "Apply" if you want to apply the changes and continue working on the question settings.
