How do I duplicate a form?

The "clone" option is mainly used to duplicate a form if you wish to edit it while leaving the original unaltered. Read on to learn how to do it. 

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Practice."

2. Select "My Luminello Forms" from the "Practice" drop-down.3. Click on the "Clone" icon next to the form you want to duplicate. 

4. Enter a title for your new form, and click "Clone."
