How can I mark appointments as a "No show" in the calendar?

Luminello helps to improve appointment scheduling by tracking the status of appointments and providing a report on this data. This is important because it allows you to determine if a patient is at risk and what action to take. Read on to learn how to mark appointments as a "No show."

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Calendar."

2. Click on the appointment you want to mark as a "No show."

3. Select "No show" from the "Attendance" drop-down.

Note: Attendance will always default to "Pending" until you manually update it.

4. A success banner will confirm the appointment was successfully marked as a "No show."

5. The calendar entry will display the "No show" icon highlighted below.

6. If you want to revert this, you can click on the "Attendance" drop-down and select "Pending" or "Checked in."

7. In the chart's "Schedule" section, you can visualize the percentage of "No shows," "Canceled," and "Checked in" statuses across all appointments logged for the patient/client.
