How do I make a chart "active"?

If, for whatever reason, a chart in your roster has been made inactive, here's how to make it "active" again.

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Charts." 

2. Go to the "File Cabinet" section, and toggle to "Roster."

3. Click on the "Filter List" drop-down menu, check the "Inactive" button, and select your branches. Click on "Apply" to save the filter.

4. Check the box next to the patient/client you want to make "active," and click on the "I want to..." drop-down.  

5. Go to "Change status" and select "Active."

6. A success banner will confirm the chart's status was updated to "active," and the chart will appear in your "active" roster.
