How do I generate a measurement-based care report for my solo practice?

The "Measurement-based care metrics by clinician vs practice average" will display each rating scales' change scores and compare them to the practice's average score. Read on to learn how to generate it. 

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Reports."

2. Go to the "Quality of Care" section. 

3. Select "Measurement-based care metrics by clinician vs practice average" from the drop-down. 

4. After selecting a date range, click "Generate report."

5. The following pop-up will appear, informing you not to close the tab while generating the report. You can continue working on other tasks in a different tab. Click on "Yes, proceed" to continue. The report will be downloaded to your computer in .CSV format.

Note: Only rating scales added to the chart are included in the report.
