How can I see the "note activity" for my charts?

You can now view an audit of a chart's note activity. This feature is helpful for Clinicians who help many patients and need a way to view the latest activity in their practice efficiently. Here's how to view the "note activity" for your charts. 

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View profile info'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown.

1. Go to the "Profile" section within a chart. 2. Toggle to the "Note Logs" tab. 3. Select a date range under "Date" and click "Apply."4. You will find logs for every note/draft created, and the user who signed/saved it.
