Help! I got a 403 error. What can I do?

If you see a 403 error when:

  • Logging in: This means your password needs to be updated. Reset your password now, and you should be all set.
  • Signing or saving a note, message, or any other text: This means that our security system has detected a potential threat to the system in the information you are entering. To reduce the chances of this happening, do not copy and paste documents, PDFs, etc., from 3rd parties, like Microsoft Word or other websites, since they contain "hidden code" that could trigger this.
    • Please contact us and tell us the following:
      • Chart ID (if within a chart).
      • Date the note you are cloning was signed (if applicable).
      • URL of the page you are on (you can copy this from your browser's toolbar at the top and paste it into an email/chat with us).
