When I try to open DrFirst for one of my patients/clients, I get the "SSO-210" error. What can I do?
The "SSO-210" error appears when DrFirst detects that vital information is missing in the patient's/client's profile.
To correct this error, ensure all the below information is added to your charts' "Demographic Info" section.
- First name
- Last name
- Gender
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip code
- Phone number
