How can I sort my charts by last active date?

Here's how to efficiently manage your charts by identifying and updating the status of patients/clients you are no longer actively seeing:

  1. From the main dashboard, click on ''Charts.''

  1. Click on the filter option and select "Sort by last active date." This will rearrange your patient charts based on the last time each patient was seen, making it easier to identify those you are not actively seeing.

  2. With the charts sorted, you can now easily find patients who have not been seen since a specific date, indicating they may no longer be active.

  3. Use the checkboxes next to each patient's name to select those you wish to mark as inactive. This selection process allows you to manage multiple charts at once efficiently.

  4. After selecting the desired patients, navigate to the "I want to" menu. From there, you can change the status of the selected charts to 'inactive'. This action will update the patient charts in bulk, streamlining the process of managing your patient roster.
