How do I print out a generic lab slip for my patient?

Clinicians can print out customized lab slips for their patients/clients in Luminello, whether you are integrated with our partner Change Healthcare or not.

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''Order a lab test'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown.

1. Go to the "Labs" section within a chart, and toggle to "Generic lab slip."

2. Verify your practice and the patient/client's demographic information. 

3. In the "Labs" section, you can select the test (s) you want by adding a checkmark next to them. 

4. In the "Diagnosis" section, you can choose whether or not you want the diagnosis to show on the slip or add a new one. 

5. In the "Optional comments" section, you can add any comments. 

6. Scroll down to click on "Print." The lab slip will be downloaded in PDF format.
