How does the pre-screen process work?

Here we detail the pre-screen process from when prospective patients/clients fill out the pre-screen request to you accepting or declining their request.

Prospective patients/clients fill out pre-screen requests after you have set up your pre-screen form. You will get a notification in "Messages" that a request is waiting for you. 

Note: Once a patient/client completes your pre-screen form,  a portal account is automatically created and saved under "Referrals>Requests" so there is no need to re-invite the patient/client if the request is accepted.

  1. To go to the request from the "Messages" section, click on the hyperlink included in the notification message. 

OR...

  1. From your main dashboard, click on "Referrals."

  1. Go to the "Requests" section.  

  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to the request you want to review.

  1. To approve/decline a referral request, click on the "I want to" drop-down.

  1. Go to "Update Status," and select the action you prefer.

Once a referral request has been approved, a chart will be automatically created in your roster for that patient/client. They will be able to log into their portal account with the credentials created when completing the referral request. 

Once a referral request is declined, the patient/client will receive an automated message notifying them that their request was not accepted.
