How do I link a chart to a non-appointment?

Say you've booked a phone call with a colleague to discuss a mutual patient/client. You can designate the chart of the patient/client you're talking about in that time slot, even though it's not an appointment with them. Doing this gives you one-click access to the chart or a blank free text note for that patient/client.

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Calendar."

2. Next, click on a time slot you want for your non-appointment. 

3. Under "WHAT:" select "Non-Appointment." 

4. Under "WHO:" select the chart you want to link to the non-appointment. 

5. Click on "Create event."
